Applied Intelligence Tools and Applications("we", "our", "us") builds iOS apps under the appliedintelligencetools.combrand. We treat your data with the same care we'd expect for our own. This policy describes how our apps and this website handle data.
On-device first
Our apps default to processing your input on your device using Apple's frameworks and embedded models. Where an app requires a network round-trip (for example, to use a third-party AI provider), we disclose that clearly inside the app and in its App Store privacy labels.
What we collect
- Account data:only when an app requires sign-in (most don't). We use Sign in with Apple where possible.
- Usage analytics: we may collect aggregated, non-identifying usage signals (crashes, anonymous feature counters) to improve the apps.
- Support communications: emails you send to support@appliedintelligencetools.com are stored only to answer you.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not train third-party models on your private content without explicit consent.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers in our apps.
Health data
Our clinical and veterinary apps are decision-support tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Any health-related data you enter stays on your device unless an app specifically documents otherwise.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
